1. Scope
This notice applies to kavachq.in, the KavachQ platform, and any related subdomains operated by V Innovation Labs. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
2. What we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible.
- Site analytics — cookieless, aggregated page-view counts. No cookies, and no personally identifiable information.
- Assessment results — the readiness assessment runs entirely in your browser. Answers are not transmitted to us.
- Contact forms — if you write to us through a form, we store the details you submit (such as your name, work email, organisation, role, and message) in order to reply. Form submissions are delivered to us by our forms processor, Formspree.
- Free quantum-risk scan — the domain you enter at /scan is sent to our scan API (api.kavachq.in) to perform a read-only public TLS handshake. Results are computed transiently and nothing about the scan is stored. If you choose to request the full report, the contact details you submit travel through Formspree as above.
3. How we use it
Only for the purposes for which it was provided: replying to your message, or understanding traffic patterns to improve the site.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent data. We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers — website hosting (Netlify), contact-form handling (Formspree), and scan-API hosting (Fly.io, Mumbai region) — that process data on our behalf under their standard terms. We do not share your data with anyone else.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@kavachq.in and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
Form messages are kept for 24 months from last contact. Analytics are aggregated and not personally identifiable.
7. Children
This site is intended for an adult professional audience and is not directed at children under 18.
8. Changes
If we materially change this notice we will note the change at the top of this page.
